I know creatives love to connect on Instagram. It’s a visual platform, which we love. But I also find it inefficient. It’s full of things I never asked to see, not updates from the people I want to stay in touch with. Substack is less frequent, but more intentional. It’s one way I hope to keep those threads of connection alive.
Here, I’ll be sharing occasional updates on my projects, some behind-the-scenes glimpses and invitations to see the work come alive. Think of it as a letter from me to you — arriving in your inbox no more than a few times a year.
For those who don’t know me: I’m Leoni, lover of stories and obsessive-compulsive creator. I usually stick to film and theatre, but have been known to stray into poetry as well. My work often brings people together through brave stories, raw emotion and a little hint of magic.
